"Marių vėtrungės" is consistently continuing the conversion of sustainable development of the northern territory of Nida. Warehouses and industrial buildings situated in the former fishers' farm area on Purvynės str. will be reconstructed and converted into a holiday apartment block. The development of an apartment block of this size in Neringa is unique. Total building area will reach 3974 square meters. Investments will reach 9.8 million euros. This is already the tenth project developed by Inreal Group in the Curonian Spit. The project is partly financed by Šiaulių Bankas. The project is planned to be completed in the first half of 2022.
The 77-are area of the project, which consists of 8 small buildings, offers 2-3 room homes with a total area of 40-60 square meters. There are also larger 4-5 room apartments with the possibility to combine them to form even more spacious housing areas. The apartments are sold with full finishing. Each has a private balcony or terrace with a patio. The surrounding territory of the apartment block will include recreational areas, children's playground, spaces for bicycles and cars, an electric car charging station, and ancillary facilities.
"Marių vėtrungės" was designed by the company "GAL architektai", whose creative ideas have already been implemented in the previous seaside projects of Inreal Group: "Kopų vėtrungės", "Nidos Rytys" and "Labas, Jūra!".
