A company belonging to the INREAL Group must collect information according to law (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
A company belonging to the INREAL Group protects the vital interest of personal data subjects and other natural persons (Article 6(1)(d), Article 9(2)(c) of the GDPR);

All personal data of personal data subjects processed by the INREAL Group companies may be transferred to third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy:

Data controllers shall ensure the rights of data subjects under the law and shall inform that any data subject has the right:

To know (be informed) about the processing of their personal data, its scope;
To request that the Data Controllers would allow access to personal data of the data subject and would correct or erase them (“the right to be forgotten”) if the Data Controllers process personal data unlawfully;
To request the Data Controllers to restrict data processing when the data subject disputes the accuracy of the data or objects to the processing, does not consent to the erasure of the data subject’s personal data, or the data subject needs data to establish, enforce or defend legal claims;
The right to object to the processing of data when the Data Controllers process personal data in accordance with the legitimate interests of the Data Controllers and/or the interests of third parties, except in cases where the data are processed for compelling legitimate reasons;
Also, the right to data portability if the data are processed by Data Controllers by automated means;
Not to agree to automated assessment or profiling if such decision-making would have legal consequences or similar significant effects on the data subject;
