Unaudited income of Inreal Group of 2015 – 10 million euro

In 2015, the unaudited income regarding the real estate (hereinafter – RE) services provided by the real estate companies united by the trademark of Inreal was EUR 10 million, exceeding the level of 2014 (EUR 8.9 million). In 2015 the profit before taxation amounted to EUR 0.2 million and was less by 33 percent than in 2014 (EUR 0.3 million).

In the residential sector: “Danges Krantines” in Klaipeda, “Mariu Verandos” in Neringa, and completed the project “Nidos Rytys” (2nd stage of “Kopu Vetrunges”). In the commercial sector: the reconstruction of the business centre HIGHWAY in Vilnius (Savanorių pr. 128), thereafter it will become a business centre of A and A+ energy class. In addition, the concept for the newly acquired business centre BH92 Business Home (Zalgirio str. 92, Vilnius) is being developed”, stated Gediminas Pruskus, the Director of Inreal Valdymas and Inreal.
Along with the increasing activity of the market, income was growing in all groups of services provided by Inreal companies: RE development and management, RE valuation and brokerage, consulting, geodesy and territory planning. The decrease in profit was caused by the write-offs and higher operating costs.
