On 25 April 2017 „DANGĖS KRANTINĖS” project was awarded the Certificate of Authenticity. Authenticity assessment of real estate projects is conducted by the Department of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture and Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LREDA). The assessment of real estate projects is based on UNSECO World Heritage Committee assessment methodology.

The authenticity proclaiming metal memorial plaque will be hung on the building wall at the end of the reconstruction process. It will remind householders and society that „DANGĖS KRANTINĖS” is one of the best real estate project in Lithuania, representing Lithuanian cultural heritage preservation and authenticity.
