07-09-2017, Vilnius. "Inreal" is mediator for the sale of real estate belonging to ERGO. In total, over the next few years, 23 real estate objects will be offered to the market throughout Lithuania for more than 1.7 million euros. The total area of the sold premises sold is 2700 sq. m. The sale of real estate will not have any effect on the daily activities of ERGO - in the cities where the assets are sold, the company will continue to operate at its usual capacity and serve its clients.
"Mediation in the sale of a wide geographic real estate portfolio is one of the specialties of "Inreal". In this case, the sale will be free, without the auction", – states commercial manager of „Inreal“ Julius Belanoska. According to him, all sold real estate objects are in attractive places, in good condition and suitable for further use without additional investment.
According to Domas Sidaravicius, a member of the ERGO Invest Board (companies that manage ERGO insurance real estate in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), the sale of the property belonging to the ERGO company is related to the realization of the Real Estate Strategy approved in 2010. "Such a strategy is designed to purify the activities of insurance companies and to abandon atypical activities, i.e. real estate management. The strategy foresees the gradual sale of all real estate objects managed by ERGO insurance companies in the Baltic States by 2020. Currently, 32 objects have already been sold out of 63 real estate objects in three countries. In order to have a smooth and transparent sale of property in Lithuania, this year we selected an intermediary - "Inreal" UAB. They will be responsible for the entire sales process from marketing negotiating with the potential buyers," said Sidaravicius.
The most valuable asset this year is 430 sq. m. administrative building in the old town of Klaipeda, Turgaus str. 27, sold for 428,000 Eur. The building was built in 1910. There were authentic elements in the house built: tufted shoulders, wooden interior elements, stairs. In the building, currently, there is situated the company of ERGO Klaipėda Life Insurance, which will soon move to other premises that are more in line with the needs of both customers and employees.
Among the objects sold this year, there is also a farmstead-training center on the lake shore of Molėtai district, located 50 km from Vilnius. Subsequently, buildings or premises of various uses will be offered in Birzai, Elektrenai, Ignalina, Kaisiadorys, Kelme, Klaipeda, Lazdijai, Mazeikiai, Molėtai, Naujoji Akmenė, Panevezys, Pasvalys, Plunge, Prienai, Taurage, Telsiai, Ukmerge, Utena, Varena and Vilnius.
