Vilnius. March 3, 2014. When increasing its capacity and enhancing its geographical coverage “Inreal GEO” established the geodesy branch office in Vilnius, where 3 certified specialists in this field will work. From this moment, 9 highly qualified geodesy professionals will be working in “Inreal Geo”.
“We feel a considerably fast-growing demand in services related to geodesy in the capital city – the enlivened real estate market has also given a strong stimulus in field of geodesy. As a result, we decided to expand the representative office in Vilnius by establishing a self-dependent department”, - stated Linas Šalčius, the Director of “Inreal GEO”.
Geodetic measurements are mandatory, when selling land plots in the territory of the city, construction works or new project planning require topographic and engineering network plans. A range of services provided by “Inreal GEO” also includes inventory of buildings, property amalgamation, division or re-division of buildings, adjustment of building cadastral data, drafting of projects for land plot formation and reorganization, etc.
Up to the present day the departments of “Inreal GEO” have been operating in Kaunas and Šiauliai, who have been providing services throughout the country. There has been a representative office in Vilnius only.
