INREAL group finished its project "Miesto ritmu" in Šnipiškės


On 14 January 2019, INREAL group finished its residential project "Miesto ritmu" situated at Žalgirio str. 106A, Vilnius. All 126 apartments, 6 commercial premises and 110 parking spaces in the underground parking lot were sold for 12.8 million euros over a period of less than one and a half years since the beginning of construction. Total developed area – 10 448 sq. m. UAB Conresta was chosen to be the general contractor of the project. The area has a private inner courtyard with recreational and green zones, as well as a children's playground. The object is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

The fact that the age of our average buyer is under 35 confirms that we have chosen our audience correctly," says Head of INREAL Group Gediminas Pruskus. According to him, a good strategy, suitable project management and an active real estate (RE) market were the main success factors of the project.

"Based on the project, this was a building with energy class B, however we managed to achieve class A energy efficiency in the building's residential part. The implemented project is important for the increasingly modern development of this neighbourhood, and falls within the New Centre of Vilnius area according to the architectural development plan of the city. We are happy to be part of such development," says Director of UAB Conresta Lukas Laukaitis.

90 percent of surveyed people who bought apartments of the project "Miesto ritmu" stated that they chose these homes because of their location. More than half of the respondents chose these apartments because of the suitable price, reliable developer and good apartment layout. 75 percent of buyers purchased the apartments with the intention to live there themselves, while the remaining buyers bought these apartments for leasing and as an investment. Approximately two thirds of buyers took out a bank loan. "Miesto ritmu" housing was the first purchased home for more than half of the buyers.
