Edvinas Ritvas to Head INREAL Group’s Brokerage Business

Edvinas Ritvas, a commercial real estate expert, has joined INREAL Group as Head of Brokerage. Prior to joining INREAL, he worked at specialised commercial real estate consultancy Office Hunters and, before that, headed ERGO’s Administration Department.

“I believe real estate brokerage should be about more than simply finding a property or closing a deal. For a business, an office or other premises are part of the working environment, so choosing the right space requires considering much more – its location, employees’ needs, functionality, accessibility, fit-out and the company’s long-term plans. My experience in both business and consulting allows me to look at real estate decisions from a broader perspective,” says Edvinas Ritvas.

“Edvinas brings valuable experience because he understands not only the real estate market, but also how businesses make decisions. He has himself been responsible for the office network of a large organisation, so he understands the questions clients face when choosing premises and the impact such a decision can have on their business.
