“Inreal” Group generated EUR 39 million in revenue in 2025

In 2025, Inreal Group reported consolidated revenue of EUR 39.0 million, up 38.8% compared to 2024 (EUR 28.1 million). Profit before tax rose to EUR 15.22 million, nearly tripling year-on-year from EUR 5.05 million.

“2025 was a successful year for the Inreal Group – revenues grew across all core business segments and profitability improved significantly. The main revenue drivers were sales from the ‘Kerų kerai’ residential project in Vilnius and, as usual, office and commercial space leasing. I am particularly pleased with the growth in our service businesses. Property and business valuation revenues increased by more than 20%, geodetic and cadastral surveying by one third, and brokerage services doubled,” says Andrius Anusauskas, Head of Inreal Group.

Growth in real estate development and sales reached 47.8%, generating EUR 17.1 million in revenue. “The success of the ‘Kerų kerai’ project, which we will complete this year, marks an important milestone for us. At the same time, due to prolonged administrative processes, we currently have no residential projects with building permits, despite having around 45,000 sq. m of residential developments underway in Vilnius, with a similar volume in early planning stages,” says A. Anusauskas.

Leasing and property management was one of the key growth drivers, with revenue doubling to EUR 17.88 million. Both rental income and increases in investment property values contributed significantly to overall results.

“It is encouraging that we have maintained second place in Lithuania by number of valuation reports. Moreover, the gap to the market leader is narrowing,” he adds. Valuation services revenue increased to EUR 1.8 million (+25.7%), brokerage services to EUR 0.4 million (+108.6%), and geodetic and cadastral surveying to EUR 1.2 million (+33.9%).

“The 2025 results confirm the Group’s consistent growth and strong market position, where our services extend beyond real estate development and management to value creation through data-driven insights and deep market understanding,” concludes the Head of Inreal Group.
