This day the new board of the organisation was elected for a 3-year period at
the meeting of the Lithuanian Association of Real Estate Agencies (LAREA). Julius
Belanoška, chief
commercial officer of “Inreal”, has also become its member.

Currently LAREA unites 16 major real
estate agencies providing mediation, valuation, consulting and other real
estate related services in the country.
The association was established in 2007 in order to unite the real
estate agencies operating in Lithuania for a joint objective – to aim at more
favourable conditions for the development of real estate activities and
prevention of illegal trade in real estate. |
