The NIDA residential complex with flats and com­mercial premises at 9 A A. Juozapavičiaus Str., Vilnius



On the right bank of the River Neris, next to the King Mindaugas' Bridge, at 9 A A. Juozapaviciaus Str., the NIDA dwelling-house complex is planned for completion at the end of 2007.

Тhe total area of the complex is about 15,000 sq. m. The complex has flats and com­mercial premises of different layouts and areas. Residents can safely and conveniently park their cars in a two-storey underground parking lot.

Only high quality materials and reliable technologies are used in the house building. The internal systems are installed according to the highest standards of quality.

The flats and commercial premises for sale are partially finished.

NIDA complex consists of three dwelling houses connected by an inner yard:

Block A 4-6 storey dwelling house is the nearest one to the bank of the River Neris. The windows of the flats in this building are directed towards south, so the residents can enjoy the sunlit view of the city. Flats on the upper floors have terraces overlooking the picturesque views of the Vilnius Old Town and the Neris.

Block B Former administrative building will be changed beyond recognition into a 11-storey newly reconstructed dwelling house. There will be luxury apartments in this block. The windows of this building are directed east and west. From the fourth floor up there are flats with windows directed east, south and west, so the inhabitants can enjoy the view of Gediminas Castle and the Old Town panorama. In the flats on the upper floors there are terraces with views of Vilnius and the river. The flats on the ground floor have small yards.

Block C 9-storey dwelling house. The windows of this building are directed north, south, east and west. The flats on the upper floors have terraces overlooking Vilnius hills as well as modern skyscrapers. The flats on the ground floor have small yards.
