    <description>    &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&amp;bdquo;Valdov&#371; krantas&amp;quot; is a very high - level development of holiday homes in the region of Trakai, on the peninsula between the Bernardinai (Luka) and Nerespinka Lakes. 26 individual houses with mansards and bathhouses are built on 3.7 ha of land in the historical national park of Trakai, the design of the buildings blending in perfectly with the traditional surrounding architecture.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&amp;bdquo;Valdov&#371; krantas&amp;quot; is an ideal place to live or holiday in, with plenty of opportunities for active pastimes, like sailing and diving.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;The project was completed at the end of 2006. Reservation of houses is in progress.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Floorplan: we offer to chose from 3 projects. The area of each of the 26 houses ranges from 110 to 200 sq.m. All the houses have cosy terraces.     <title>Office building in the centre of Vilnius</title>
    <intro>Office building for rent in the corner of K.Kalinausko Street and Ro&#382;i&#371; Avenue, on the downhill of Tauras hill, Vilnius.</intro>
    <description>  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;History&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;The landlord J.Falevi&#269;ius purchased the land from the city at the beginning of the 20&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; century. The building&amp;#39;s eclectic design was commissioned from a professor of architecture at Lviv  University with the initials of S.V., full name being unknown. From the outset the building was planned to be a residential one, but in the process of construction the function changed, following a change of owner (the property was sold to M.Dombrovska, a doctor&amp;#39;s wife). Upon completion the building housed a private surgical clinic and its owner&amp;#39;s quarters, later - a sports medicine centre.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The site&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;The site of the projected building is on the corner of K.Kalinauskas   Street and Ro&#382;i&#371; Avenue, on the slope of Tauras Hill. It is enclosed by wrought iron fence with masonry pillars. Attic will house the ambassador&amp;lsquo;s residence and guests&amp;#39; bedrooms, as well as lounge zone and WC. In the loft there will be lounge accommodation.
