Inreal pastatų priežiūra, JSC will be managed by R. Rutėnas

“The market of building maintenance will face significant changes, consequently we strengthen the team of company managers”, said Dalius Kaziūnas, the Board Member of Inreal Group and Invalda, the investment company managing it.

According to him, over the past two years the sector of building maintenance of Inreal Group  has almost doubled the sales and area of buildings maintained, however the shareholders are raising the objectives of even higher increase for the companies.

“I am delighted to have an opportunity to contribute to the implementation of ambitious development strategy of the company by my knowledge and experience”, said Rolandas Rutėnas. 

Until now R. Rutėnas had been working as the finance manager of BAIP Group, another company managed by Invalda, for two years. Previously he had managing positions in the companies Alna, Kraitenė, and Voira.
