Inreal pastatų priežiūra, JSC (Inreal Buiding Maintenance) is a part of Inreal Group. The company provide the following services: technical maintenance of buildings, engineering system maintenance, audit and elimination of breakdowns, indoor air quality investigations, administration of buildings, construction and repairs, as well as other services. About 450 apartment buildings, i.e. more than 11,000 apartments, are being administered by the building maintenance sector of Inreal Group (together with Priemiestis, JSC and Jurita, JSC). The total area, maintained by the companies, is about 1 mln. square meters. Inreal pastatų priežiūra is certified and complies with the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001, Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard OHSAS 18001.
Inreal Building Maintenance started its activity in 2004 and operated as a division of UAB “Invalda real estate“; later it was reorganized into the autonomous company "Invalda Service", providing a wide variety of services.
Since 27 September 2011 Inreal Building Maintenance is a part of Inreal Group. It is a leading company providing facilities management services, ranging from engineering systems maintenance to territory cleaning and security services. The main office of the company is located in Vilnius, but it operates in other cities as well.
Inreal Building Maintenance provides services for both private and state sector
organizations. The company maintains long-term relationships with the
leading Lithuanian and foreign companies of this field. The partnership
