The owner of the business centre at Žalgirio Str. 92 is changing

January 12, 2016. Vilnius. A company managed by “Inreal valdymas” and “Litectus” signed a contract on the acquisition of the Business Centre at Žalgirio Str. 92, Vilnius (previously called Kernavės Business Centre). Total area of the building is 14,850 sq.m.


“We acquired this building, because the experience of “Inreal Valdymas” in developing and managing business centres will allow us to add value for this project and offer an attractive product to the market”, – stated Gediminas Pruskus, the Director of “Inreal Valdymas”. According to him, the investment was also stimulated by the fact that the building is in a particularly convenient location – close to the new centre of the capital city on a rapidly developing Žalgirio street.


A 9-storey business centre at Žalgirio Str. 92 was built in Vilnius in 2006; it meets all requirements applicable to Class-B+ business centres. There are 275 parking places in a 2-storey underground parking and outside parking area.


Žalgirio street in Vilnius is one of the most rapidly developing territories in the centre of the capital city. There are two new business centres and four multi-dwelling projects being developed in this territory. “Hyper Rimi” and “Maxima XX” shopping centres as well as Vilnius Japanese Garden are located nearby.
