Individual houses market review, prepared by Inreal analytics, states, that market statistics of the firs half of the year 2012 show that the largest number of individual houses have been purchased in Kaunas. According to the number of transactions, per thousand of the population, Panevėžys is leading, Kaunas is in the second and Vilnius - in the last place. In Vilnius and Kaunas mostly marketed are the houses that do no exceed 400.000 LTL, in other citys - the ones, that do not exceed 200.000 LTL. Currently the most popular are small, 80-100 sq. m. economy class individual houses.
