Pursuing the aim of openness and transparency of operations Invalda Real Estate owned by investment company Invalda has finished reorganization. As a result of this reorganization real estate mediation activities will be separated from real estate project development and management activities.
From now on real estate mediation services will be rendered by Inreal, which will also involve in market research, movable and immovable property valuation and consulting on all matters of real property. InReal runs a head office in Vilnius and representative offices in Kaunas and Klaipeda, as well as Riga (Latvia) and Kiev (Ukraine). InReal employs 64 people in Lithuania.
Invalda Real Estate will deal with the development of real estate projects in Lithuania and property management and will supervise real estate projects in other countries where it had invested or plans to invest. These services will be provided under the trademark inRED. The company employs 72 people.
Invalda Real Estate Director Tomas Bucas states that separation of real estate mediation services from development and property management services resulted in a clearer structure, more efficient and transparent organization of operations.
Invalda Real Estate sales during HY1 amounted to LTL 32.58 million, compared to LTL 22.49 million during the same period last year.
