On 30 July 2012 facilities maintenance company „Inreal pastatų priežiūra“ won a competition held by Šilalė district municipality administration for the administration of apartment houses in Šilalė city and Kvėdarna town. The company will administer 87 buildings, the total area of which is 91,5 thousands sq.m.„We are developing, growing and offering the services because we know how to provide them and offer good prices.“, – said Rolandas Rutėnas, director of JSC „Inreal pastatų priežiūra“. According to him it is very important to establish close partnership with the inhabitants. „
The experience of our company in building administration and flexible attitude towards the needs of clients will allow solving problems and also offering timely preventive measures which are especially important when exploiting older buildings,“ – R.Rutėnas said.
