On September 27, 2011, in Vilnius, the real estate companies Inreal, Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas, Inreal GEO and facility management company Invalda Service (Inservice), all of which belong to Invalda Group, have joined together to form a new family under the renewed brand name INREAL. In a month`s time, both Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas and Invalda Service will change their names to become Inreal Valdymas and Inreal Pastatų Priežiūra. On internet, the common identity and common activity of the Group is represented by a new website www.inreal.lt.INREAL GROUP is the first one and, so far, the only one in Lithuania to provide such a wide range of real estate and facility management services. Now, the INREAL brand that used to represent the service of real estate brokerage and valuation of property and business before will also include such services as the management, development and representation of real estate, consultations, the technical supervision and administration of buildings, and geodetic services.
“We have reached this merge in a natural way: when analysing the needs of our customers, we noticed that they often need a full package of services instead of one or two services”, said Gediminas Pruskus, the director of Inreal and Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas. According to him, the Group companies have often prepared joint offers for the customers before, but they were doing it as individual brands and not as a Group. “It is not efficient to develop several brands in one group – Lithuanian market is simply too small for it. Our goal is to associate the INREAL brand name with exclusivity and make our clients aware of whom they are working with and what is the available range and quality of services”, Mr. Pruskus said.
INREAL GROUP makes a start having a team of employees with a particularly wide range of competencies and promises the customers extra quality guarantees, an attractive pricing, the economy of time and funds and a transparent and simple communication.
„We believe that now it is the most suitable time to reinforce the INREAL brand with new business segments because, at the moment, we can feel the need of a wider range of services from the same source in the market“, claims Rimvydas Ramanauskas, the director of Invalda Service and the manager of the facility management sector of the INREAL GROUP. „By merging we declare that we have survived the economic recession and that we are ready to develop our business actively and vigorously and to maintain the leader position as a united group and not as individual companies“, says Mr. Ramanauskas. According to his words, everyone will benefit from this merge: the investors, the customers and the employees.
Presently, INREAL GROUP has 193 employees. Its offices or branch offices operate in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Mažeikiai, Alytus and Plungė.

JSC Inreal GEO was founded in 2011. It performs cadastral measurements of land parcels, buildings and engineering equipment, prepares topographic plans, forms and rearranges the parcels of land, prepares land management projects for rural development and provides other geodetic engineering services.
JSC Invalda Service, JSC Priemiestis and JSC Jurita constitute the facilities management sector of INREAL GROUP.
