May 7, 2014. Vilnius. Inreal Valdymas launched the development of the third building, which is called “Rytys” (East Wind) and will consist of 10 new apartments, in the complex of residential houses “Kopu vetrunges” (Dune Weathercocks), located in Nida (Neringa). The overall investments in “Rytys” will reach LTL 3.2 million. The construction works of the third building are expected to be completed in full in spring of 2015.
“We observe that the market of the “secondary home” has recovered – we had sold more than a half of apartments in “Kopu vetrunges” within the previous year, therefore the construction of the third building was a consistent and reasonable step”, – stated Gediminas Pruskus, the Director of Inreal Valdymas. According to him, “Rytys” will diversify the supply with apartments of unconventional plans, otherwise than the first two houses. When developing the plans of apartments the aim was to provide the apartments with more light, ultimate sensation of the Curonian Spit and privacy.
According to the analysts of Inreal, the real estate developers had sold about 50 apartments in Neringa over 2013 – almost three times more than in 2012. Regardless of the enlivened market of the “secondary home”, prices have remained stable or increased insignificantly, however the preconditions for the rise in prices are occurring increasingly more, particularly in Neringa, where as a result of complicated procedures of planning the supply is limited significantly. There are 8 new real estate projects, including “Kopu vetrunges”, currently being developed in Neringa.
