2018-06-11, Vilnius. INREAL group is developing a new residential project "Miesto ritmu" situated at Žalgirio str. 106A. Two 7 and 8 storey residential apartment buildings with 114 separate apartments and 13 commercial premises were designed within a 43.5 are land plot. There will be a selection of 1 – 4 room apartments with areas ranging from 25 to 115 square meters. Apartment prices with partial finishing start from 47 000 EUR (from 1401 EUR per square metre). "Miesto ritmu" project pays particular attention to the rational layout of different sized apartments, as well as the development of convenient spaces. All apartments will have at least one balcony. Top floor apartment spaces will be expanded with roof terraces, while ground floor apartments will also have terraces and small yards.
The building area will have an inner courtyard with recreational and green zones, as well as a children's playground. The buildings will have an underground parking lot for 107 cars. The object will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
